While meditation is ultimately an individual experience, it is often of benefit to begin with someone to form a practice, and to cultivate pranayama. For those with an established practice, guidance can be useful in focusing your intentions while sitting.
Meditation is useful in calming the mind and spirit, or exploring an emotional issue that could be the cause of distress. Sessions can be both guided by me, or practiced in silence together.
